Dr Tracey Wond
More than 18 years of research, evaluation, innovation and organisational development experience.
Tracey brings more than 18 years of experience across universities, membership bodies, businesses and enterprise organisations.
Her senior university roles have included Associate Dean positions, including responsibility for research and knowledge exchange. This brings practical understanding of research strategy, the Research Excellence Framework (REF), impact, knowledge exchange, postgraduate research and the realities of turning institutional ambitions into workable plans.
Before establishing The Innovation Office®, Tracey founded and ran a website agency, building more than 200 websites for charities and small businesses. She has also supported organisations as a Digital Boost mentor. This first-hand experience of digital delivery strengthens TIO's work on research websites, repositories, interactive resources and other digital outputs, while commissioned research and consultancy remain central to the practice.
Clients work directly with Tracey to investigate questions, develop ideas and turn expertise into evidence, strategy, impact, learning and offers that people can use. Specialist collaborators can be brought in where a project needs additional technical or creative capability.
