Most of our work begins with a conversation.
Recommendations help organisations find specialist support through people whose judgement they already trust.
Researchers may introduce Atlas to collaborators. Charities may recommend a digital platform to a partner organisation. Clients and colleagues may know someone facing a research, evaluation, impact, strategy or development challenge that fits our work.
Every introduction is appreciated. When it leads to an eligible commission, we will also offer a thank you.

What qualifies
Clear, fair and easy to understand.
The scheme is intended for genuine introductions that result in substantial new work.
- The organisation or project is new to The Innovation Office.
- You make the introduction before they contact or commission us.
- They commission eligible work worth at least £1,200.
- The agreed work is completed and paid for in full.
- One thank you applies per qualifying platform or substantive project.
- Renewals, support plans, small add-ons and digital products do not qualify.

For university staff and others working under organisational gift, procurement or conflicts policies, charity donation, project credit or a team session may be more appropriate than a personal benefit.
