Focused research impact training starts from £100 per participant for universities, with a minimum cohort fee based on eight participants. Full-day tailored university workshops start from £145 per participant. Non-profit and SME rates start from £85 per participant for a focused session.
Can you provide REF impact training for universities?
Yes. We provide practical REF impact training for researchers, impact teams, professional services colleagues and research leaders. Sessions can cover impact fundamentals, pathways to impact, evidence, engagement, impact case study development and building an impact culture.
Is the training only about research impact?
No. Alongside research impact and REF training, we design practical programmes for charities, membership organisations, SMEs and enterprise support teams. Topics can include innovation, marketing, audience insight, digital communications and business development.
Can you deliver training for SMEs or business support programmes?
Yes. We can design and deliver a one-off SME workshop or a multi-session programme for an accelerator, membership body, university enterprise team, local programme or other business support provider.

Yes. Sessions can be adapted to the institution, discipline, career stage, funder context and the impact challenges participants are working through.
How many people can attend an impact workshop?
The standard price uses a minimum cohort of eight and is designed for interactive groups of up to 16. Larger seminars, programmes or multi-cohort delivery are quoted separately.
Is online research impact training available?
Yes. Focused sessions and selected workshops can be delivered online. In-person sessions are normally delivered at the client’s venue.
Can training be included in a funding proposal?
Yes. We can prepare an indicative quotation for a grant application, doctoral programme, research centre, SME support programme or wider institutional initiative.
